Prepare the ingredients: curry powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper, salt, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, star anise, cloves, onion, garlic, ginger, fresh coriander, bell pepper, chopped tomato, carrots, squash, aubergine, zucchini, potato, and blended tomato.

In a pot, add oil and then the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is translucent and aromatic.

Add garlic and ginger to the pot and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in tomato paste and blended tomato, then add the spices and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Add the squash and black lemon, then simmer the vegetable mixture.

Prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine 2 kilos of flour with salt and oil, mixing well.
