Prepare a 1.5 kg whole-dressed chicken, ensuring it is drained of excess water.

Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of black ground pepper, 2 boiling cubes (chicken flavor), and 1 tablespoon of salt in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the mixture.

Combine all ingredients until well mixed and the dry ingredients are dissolved.

Slice the vegetables: 1 whole carrot, 1 tomato, 1 medium potato, and 1 whole garlic into thin rounds. Slice the onion into rounds as well.

Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken, including inside the cavity. Marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight for better flavor.
