1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups fresh tomatoes mixture
half cut capsicum
1 cup water

Clean and soak the rice for 15-20 minutes.

Boil the whole chicken cut in half with skin in 850 ml of water.

Add 1 tbsp salt and ½ tsp yellow powder to the boiling chicken.

Prepare a paste for roasting the chicken by mixing ½ tsp lemon powder, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp jeera powder, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 3 tbsp tomato paste, and 4 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
