1 lb boneless and skinless chicken breast
1 cup natural Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons homemade garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 tablespoons minced garlic and ginger paste
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 medium white onion
1 cup tomatoes (pureed)
1 cup cooking cream
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves

To a bowl add all the marinade spices, yoghurt, Lemon Juice and Vegetable oil. Mix that together until well combined.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add to the marinade. Coat the chicken completely.

Marinate the chicken for a few hours.

Cook the chicken until 2/3 ways done and set aside.

In the same pan, add a little vegetable oil and unsalted butter.

Add the white onions and cook until translucent.

Add the Tomatoes and cook until soft.

Blend the onion and tomato mixture until smooth.

Add the sauce back to the pan. Season it with more butter, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder. Simmer for a few minutes.

Add the chicken and let it simmer.

Add the aromatic Garam Masala.

Simmer completely then finally add Cooking Cream and some dried Fenugreek Leaves.
