Fish Lumpia

400 grams salmon
4 pcs slice lemon

3 cloves minced garlic
2 medium size carrots (finely diced)
200 grams cabbage (finely chopped/I used food processor)
100 grams Mushrooms
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 ml salt

Prepare the filling by combining the salmon, onion, garlic, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, ground black pepper, oyster sauce, and salt in a bowl.

Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Take a lumpia wrapper and place a portion of the filling in the center.

Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, sealing the edges as you go.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy.

Serve with lemon slices on the side.
