1 tablespoon steak seasoning
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon basil
1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, and orange)
1 cup yellow onion

Melt 1 stick of butter in a large pot.

Add beef stew meat to the pot.

Add chopped onions and bell peppers to the pot.

Season the meat with 1 tablespoon garlic salt, 2 tablespoons black pepper, 2 tablespoons smoked paprika, a little more than 1 teaspoon ground clove, a little more than 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 tablespoon Mrs Dash, 1 tablespoon steak seasoning, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, and 1 tablespoon basil.

Add 4 tablespoons of garlic to the pot and mix well.

Cook the mixture for 5 minutes to let the flavors combine.

Add chopped celery to the pot and cook for an additional couple of minutes.

Pour in 1 carton of vegetable broth and reduce heat to low.

Cover the pot and let it cook low and slow for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add collard greens to the pot and mix in.
