In a bowl, add 1 glass of water, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 egg; mix well.

Gradually add water and knead until a dough is formed.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

In a pot, add oil and ground beef; mix well and cook until water dries.

Add ginger garlic paste (1/2 tbsp), chopped onion (1 medium), and 1 tbsp salt; mix well and cover, cooking on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

In a frying pan, add 5-6 tbsp oil and sliced onion; fry until golden brown.

Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic, 1 cup tomato paste, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp tomato sauce; mix well.

Add 1 cup water and 1 cup split Bengal gram; cook and simmer for 7-8 minutes.

Knead the dough again until smooth; take a small piece and roll it out into a circle.

Sprinkle oil on the dough and cut it into four equal pieces using a cutter or knife.

Take one square piece, apply water or oil on the edges, add the beef filling, and fold the edges tightly to seal.

Continue this process with the remaining dumplings.

Grease the steam rack with oil, add water to a pot, and bring it to a boil.

Place the dumplings on the steam rack, cover, and steam cook for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare a sauce by mixing 3 tbsp yogurt with water and 1 tbsp salt; mix well.

Serve the dumplings topped with the lentil mixture and garnish with green coriander.
