2 curry leaves
2 tablespoons coriander
1/2 cup spring onions
1 cup pumpkin (cubed)
1 cup fresh tomatoes (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup onions (chopped)
4 cups water

Chop green and red bell peppers and blend them in a food processor.

Blend garlic with the bell peppers and set aside in a bowl.
