Melt 1/2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add 450g / 1 lb ground beef and fry undisturbed for 2 minutes.

Finely chop 1 shallot and add it to the skillet.

Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp coriander, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Fry for another 5 minutes, then add 1/4 tsp sweet paprika and a handful of parsley.

Grate 1 large raw potato and squeeze out any excess moisture.

Add the grated potatoes to the cooked minced meat and mix well.
