Canned salmon is often richer in omega-3s.

Start with 1 cup of elbow macaroni that is already cooked and at room temperature.

Take a 5 oz can of tuna packed in water, press it down, and drain it.

Flake the drained tuna with a fork.

Add about 1/8 cup of chopped red onion to the bowl.

Chop sweet red bell peppers from a jar into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture.

Slice 2 hard cooked eggs vertically and horizontally using an egg slicer and add to the bowl.

Incorporate 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of yellow prepared mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon of Creole spice into the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
