3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 green chili
1/4 cup coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium cucumber
1 medium tomato
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water

Prepare the tuna by cutting it into small cubes.
