Pour 4 cups of milk into a pan and heat on high flame.

Add 2 tsp of ghee to the milk after it heats up.

Stir in 3 tsp of sugar until dissolved.

Gradually add a little bit of semolina to the milk and mix well.

Once combined, reduce the flame and add the rest of the semolina, stirring continuously until it becomes sponge-like and thick.

Set the cooked semolina aside to cool on a plate.

Prepare the sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of sugar and 1.5 cups of water to a pan with cardamom, and heat until the sugar dissolves, then cook for 3 minutes on low flame.

Once the semolina is cool, grease your hands with ghee and form balls, stuffing them with the dry fruit mixture.

Dip the balls into the sugar syrup and cook for 5 minutes on high flame, then cover and let sit for 5 minutes.

Serve the rasgulla garnished with dry fruits.
