Ensure the mixture is smooth without lumps, then set aside.

Prepare white tofu and cut one piece into triangular shapes, cutting each piece into four parts.

Repeat the cutting process for the remaining tofu, using a total of five pieces.

To help the tofu adhere to the coating, boil the tofu pieces for about 3 minutes in preheated water until they float.

Remove the tofu pieces one by one from the boiling water.

First, coat the tofu in dry all-purpose flour until fully covered.

Next, dip the tofu in the wet flour mixture until well coated.

Finally, coat the tofu in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick.

Repeat the coating process for all tofu pieces until finished.

Heat oil in a pan for frying the coated tofu.

Fry the tofu until golden brown, flipping them to ensure even cooking.

Once the tofu is golden brown, remove them from the oil and drain excess oil.

Prepare the seasoning by mixing the seasoning (bumbu atom bulan) and chili powder in a jar and stir until well combined.
