Roti Chaat is a popular street food in India, combining the flavors of various chutneys and spices with the texture of crispy roti.
Cut the roti into small pieces or strips.
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, diced potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions.
Add the chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
Take a serving plate and layer the roti pieces at the bottom.
Spoon the chickpea and vegetable mixture over the roti pieces.
Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney over the top.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchiness of the roti.
