Oil - 2 tbsp
Curd (yogurt) - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 medium size
Tomato - 1
Green Chilli - 2
Chaat masala - 1 spoon
Tomato sauce - 3 spoon
Aloo bhujia namkeen (potato snacks) - 50 gm

Cut the leftover roti into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add the roti pieces to it, frying them until they are crispy.

In a bowl, mix curd, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and chopped green chillies.

Add the crispy roti pieces to the bowl and mix well with the ingredients.

Sprinkle chaat masala and add tomato sauce to the mixture.

Top with aloo bhujia namkeen and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
