Peel and slice the ripe bananas in half lengthwise.
If using, slice jackfruit into thin strips.
Prepare the spring roll wrappers on a clean surface.

Sprinkle brown sugar over the banana and jackfruit.
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Fry the wrapped bananas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle additional brown sugar over the hot turon for extra sweetness.
Serve warm as a delightful snack or dessert.
