Melt 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add 3/4 cup of dark brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the skillet and mix until melted.

Slice 4 bananas in half lengthwise, then cut each half into quarters.

Let the mixture cook for about 4 minutes until it develops a nutty flavor.
