Arabic masala-, 1 tsp
Onion-1
Salt - 2 tsp
Hot water
Pepper powder -3/4tsp
Basmati rise- 2 cup
Split Moong daal -( Lentil )- 1/4 cup
saffron
turmeric
lemon juice
coriander leaves

Heat sunflower oil in a pot.

Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and dried lemon to the oil and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in the Arabic masala and chopped onion, cooking until the onion is translucent.

Add salt and pepper powder to the mixture.

In a separate bowl, rinse the basmati rice and split moong daal together.

Add the rinsed rice and daal to the pot, stirring to combine with the spices.

Pour in hot water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the rice and daal are cooked through.

Finish with saffron, turmeric, lemon juice, and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
