Famous Austrian Dessert / Salzburger Nockerl

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a baking dish with butter and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.

Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, vanilla extract, and almond extract.

Fold the egg yolk mixture gently into the egg whites.

Sift flour and salt over the mixture and fold until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden.

Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.

Serve immediately, garnished with raspberries and mint leaves.
