10 egg whites
5 egg yolks
100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
60g (1/2 cup) flour
60ml (1/4 cup) milk
60g (1/4 cup) cranberry jam
5g (1 tsp) butter (for greasing)

Grease an oval-shaped baking dish with butter.

Spread cranberry jam on the bottom of the dish. Pour milk on top of the jam and set aside.

In a bowl whip egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form. Carefully mix it with egg yolks and flour with a spatula or wooden spoon.

Make 3 pyramid shapes using a dough scraper, placing them next to each other in the baking dish.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F for 10-12 minutes or until the peaks are golden.

Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
