vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
flour - 3 tbsp or 20 g
butter - 2 tbsp
blueberry - 1 cup or 140 g
sugar - 3/4 cup or 160 g
water - 1/2 cup or 100 ml

Pre-heat the oven to 400 F or 200 C.

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks.

Whisk the egg whites and sugar together until peaks form.

Add the egg yolks to the mixture and combine.

Add the flour to the mixture and fold it together gently.

Grease a small oven pan (i.e. 9X9 inch pan) and add the mixture.

Place the pan in the middle of the oven and bake for 9 minutes, checking for a golden brown top.
