1 can tuna in brine
1 tablespoon everyday seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
1.5 cups palm oil
optional: 2 tablespoons crayfish powder

Soak 3 cups of black-eyed beans for about 2 hours.

Cook the soaked black-eyed beans for about 45 minutes until tender.
