1/4 cup oil (60 ml)
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 piece green chili
170 grams readymade tomato paste
500 grams fresh tomato paste
500 ml water
salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a pan.

Add 5 chopped cloves of garlic and sauté lightly for 2 minutes.

Add 1 piece of green chili and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add 170 grams of readymade tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.

Add 500 grams of fresh tomato paste and mix well.

Cook for another 10 minutes until the color changes to a bit red.

Add 500 ml of water and cover the pan, cooking for 10 minutes.

Add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, then mix well.

Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
