2 Plantains
About 4 Cups of Water for the Attieke
1/2 Cup of Cooking Oil (to cook your onions)
2 Yellow Onions Finely Sliced
1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp of Nokoss (a mixture of peppers - parsley - onions and seasoning)
1/2 Tsp of (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Creole Seasoning, Black Pepper, Maggie Cube Salt) - Season to taste
1 Tbsp of Mustard
2 Cups of Cooking Oil (to fry your fish and Alloco)
1/3 Cup of Diced Cucumber - Tomatoes - Onions and Parsley
