Wash and dry the mangoes with a clean cloth.

2

Peel the mangoes, ensuring to only remove the skin and not the pulp.

3

Scrape out all the pulp from the mango and the seed using a spoon or knife.

4

Grind the mango pulp in a mixer until it becomes a smooth paste without adding water.

5

Put the mango pulp in a vessel over low medium heat and continuously stir to cook evenly.

6

Add 1 cup of sugar to the mango pulp and stir until the sugar completely melts.

7

Increase the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often.

8

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the boiling mixture for tanginess.

9

Cook the mixture for approximately 20 to 25 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.

10

Grease a plate with ghee and pour the cooked mango pulp onto the plate, spreading it evenly.

11

Dry the pulp in the sun and then keep it under a fan in the evenings for 4 days until completely dried.

12

After 4 days, roll the dried mango pulp and cut it into pieces of your choice.
