Add water and yogurt to the dry ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

Marinate chicken thighs with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and oil for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Divide the dough into equal balls and roll each into a flat circle.
Place the rolled dough on the grill until puffed and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the bread and brush with butter immediately after cooking.
Grill the marinated chicken until fully cooked and charred, about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
