Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 2 & ½ tbs
Salt ½ tbs or to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Water 2 Cups or as required
Yogurt whisked ½ Cup
Biryani masala 1 & ½ tbs
Cooking oil ¾ Cup
Cinnamon sticks 2
Black cardamom 2
Green cardamom 2-3
Cloves 4-5
Star anise 1
Bay leaves 2
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Black peppercorns ½ tsp
Tomatoes chopped 2 medium
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp or to taste
Coriander seeds 1 & ½ tbs
Garam masala powder ½ tbs
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Dried plums 6-7
Fresh coriander chopped 2-3 tbs
Mint leaves chopped 1-2 tbs
Green chillies 4-5
Soaked and boiled sella rice 750g
Water 1-2 tbs
Kewra water ½ tbs
Orange food color ¼ tsp or as required
Fried onion 2-3 tbs

In pressure cooker, add beef mix boti, water, onion, turmeric powder, salt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, mix well and bring it to boil, cover and pressure cook on medium low flame for 20 minutes then cook on high flame until water dries up & set aside.

In a bowl, add yogurt, biryani masala, mix well & set aside.

In a pot, add cooking oil, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, star anise, bay leaves, cumin seeds, black peppercorns and mix it well for 30 seconds.

Add tomatoes and mix well.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper crushed, mix well and cook for 1 minute.

Now add cooked beef and mix well.

Add fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, dried plums, mix well and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until oil separates.

On low flame, add spiced yogurt and mix well.

Add mint leaves, fresh coriander, fried onion and boiled rice.

In a bowl, water, kewra water, yellow food color and mix well.

Now add dissolved food color and fried onion, cover and steam cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
