½ Kg Rice (boiled)
½ Kg boneless Beef
¾ Cup Oil
1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Medium Onion (sliced)
2 Large Tomatoes (blended)
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
½ Tsp Mace and Nutmeg Powder
8-10 Black Pepper Corns
6-7 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
4-5 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
2 Dry Plum
½ Cup Yogurt
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
½ Bunch Fresh Coriander
Pinch of Saffron (soaked)
2-3 Green Chilies

In a pot heat Oil and add Onion. Fry until brown.

Add Meat. Cook for 2-3 Minutes.

Add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for 5 Minutes.

Add Cumin, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper Corns, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Cloves and dry Plum. Mix well.

Add good amount of water and cook until Meat is done.

Now add Blended Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilli, Crushed Corianders, Mace & Nutmeg Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Cumin, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice and Yogurt. Mix well. Cook until Oil comes out. Gravy is done.

In a pot add half of the Boiled Rice. Add Beef Gravy and add the remaining rice.

Add Fresh Coriander, Green Chillies, Soaked Saffron. Cover and simmer on low flame for 15 minutes.
