1

Break the bread apart and moisten it with some water, then set aside.

2

Add ground beef or turkey to a bowl along with the minced peppers, onions, and crushed garlic, and mix well.

3

Squeeze the excess water out of the bread and incorporate it into the meat mixture, ensuring it's well distributed.

4

Add Ippies seasoning to the mixture and mix again thoroughly.

5

Finally, add Pey's juice and mix well to ensure even flavor throughout the meat.

6

Use a meatball shaper to scoop the meat mixture, remove excess, pop it out, and roll it to smooth it out. Compact the meatball further before rolling it out.

7

Dredge each meatball in flour, roll them out, and tap off the excess flour, then set aside.

8

On medium flame, add olive oil to a frying pan and fry the meatballs, using a splatter screen if desired.

9

After about 5 to 6 minutes, turn the meatballs over to brown the other side. They are done when evenly browned all over.

10

Remove the meatballs and place them in a pan or dish lined with a paper towel.

11

If making sauce, add 3 to 4 meatballs into the sauce and let them simmer for 5 to 10 minutes for added flavor.
