1 cup gram flour
1 teaspoon carom seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups oil for deep frying

Take Besan into a bowl.

Add water and prepare batter.

Add Baking soda.

Take a potato, wash it, peel it, and make slices.
