Add 2000 mL of water to a pot.

Add 400 g of goat meat, cow foot, cow skin, and cow tripe to the pot.

Add chopped onions and 3 seasoning cubes to the pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of rock salt to the pot.

Cover and cook for 45 minutes.

In a separate pot, add 400 g of diced yam and cover with water, cooking until soft for about 10-15 minutes.

Check the yam after 12 minutes to ensure it's soft.

Pound the cooked yam until it becomes a smooth paste.

After 30 minutes of cooking the meat, add the goat meat, grilled tuy, and dried fish to the pot.

Add another 500 mL of water to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.

Taste the broth and adjust seasoning as necessary, adding more water if needed.

Add the Scotch bonnet peppers to the pot.

Add locust beans and 1 tablespoon of ground crayfish to the pot.

Stir and taste for seasoning again.

Scoop the pounded yam into the soup, adding it in bits to dissolve.

Let the soup cook for another 20 minutes after adding the yam.

Finally, add utazi leaves for garnish before serving.
