Add enough water to cover 13 large eggs in a pot and bring to a boil for 10-15 minutes.
After boiling, pour out the hot water and add cold water to stop the cooking process.
Peel the eggs and set aside.
Remove the skin from the chicken sausage and discard it.
In a bowl, combine the chicken sausage with 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon mixed spices, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon corn flour.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and set aside.
Prepare a plate by sprinkling some plain flour on it to prevent sticking.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until hot.
Flour your hands, take a handful of the sausage mixture, and flatten it in your palm.
Place a boiled egg on top of the flattened sausage and wrap the sausage around the egg, ensuring it is completely covered.
Roll the wrapped egg in plain flour, then dip it in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated eggs in the oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove the eggs from the oil and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
