Homemade Custard Ice Cream

Vanilla bean offers richer flavor, while essence is more affordable
Take a kadhai and put milk in it. Keep some milk in a bowl and add custard powder in it, mixing well.
When the milk boils, mix the custard milk into it and stir continuously.
Add sugar and stir for 2-3 minutes while cooking.
Cook for 3-4 minutes properly, then turn off the flame and let it cool down.
Refrigerate for about 1.5 hours.
In a bowl, put whipped cream and beat it, then mix in the cooled custard milk and beat again.
Add mango emulsion and mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
Beat again, then take a glass tray, layer with mango papad, and put the ice cream in it.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Serve the ice cream garnished with pistachios and tooti fruity.
