Beaten 3 egg yolks. Set aside

In a pot, add water and bring to a boil. Poach 2-3 eggs

In a pan, add 200ml coconut milk, Pandan leaves, and 80g palm sugar. Cook on low heat until sugar is dissolved

Add a few tbsp of kaya mixture into the egg yolks for tempering

Stir in the egg yolk and simmer on low heat until the mixture turns into a thick paste (Kaya jam)

Toast the bread slices

Spread a generous amount of Kaya jam on the bread slices. Top with thinly-sliced cold butter

Serve with poached eggs and kopi
