3 tbsp mustard oil
2 cups water

Marinate fish pieces with salt, turmeric powder, and mustard oil, then golden fry them

Golden fry potato pieces with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder

Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil in a pan

Add 2 slit green chilies and fenugreek seeds for tempering

Add fried potato pieces to the pan

Add a little water, turmeric powder, salt, and 2 more green chilies

Add 2 cups of water and cover on medium flame

Once potato pieces are half boiled, add fried fish pieces and cover again on simmer flame
