Boil raw Bananas and smash it.

Add Salt, Chilli Powder, garam masala, sugar, lemon and mix well.

Heat Oil in a pan, add hing, and Banana mixture along with some water and cook for 5 mins.

Take a Dabeli Bun and Slice it halfway, apply date chutney inside the bun and add 1 tbsp of banana mash inside it.

Add pomegranate seeds, slit black Grapes, mild sev and masala peanuts inside the Bun.

Roast all the Buns on tawa with Butter and serve hot.
