Start with 3 sea brim fish that have been scaled, gutted, washed, and rinsed.

In a bowl, add low sodium seasoning salt, Kajun seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, fish seasoning, and chicken bouillon.

Add cayenne pepper and vegetable oil to the bowl and mix everything together.

Score the fish by making deep cuts to allow the marinade to penetrate the flesh.

Pat dry the fish on both sides and then marinate the fish, ensuring to get the marinade into the cuts, belly, and head.

Transfer the marinated fish onto a grilling pan and place it in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C).
