  1. 1In a bowl, mix the rice flour, urad dal flour, sesame seeds, salt, asafoetida, cumin seeds, and black pepper.
  2. 2Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and knead to form a smooth dough.
  3. 3Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a small ball.
  4. 4Using an Achu Murukku maker, fill it with the dough and press it out in a circular motion to form spirals on a parchment paper.
  5. 5Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6Once the oil is hot, carefully lift the spirals from the parchment paper and drop them into the hot oil.
  7. 7Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
