1

Take 1 cup of pomegranate seeds and 1 1/2 cup sugar, which is half the amount of pomegranate seeds.

2

Add 2 tablespoons of corn flour.

3

In a pan, add 1 cup of water and the pomegranate peels, ensuring they are fully submerged to extract the juice.

4

Bring the water to a boil until the color changes, indicating the juice is extracted from the peels.

5

In a blender, add all the pomegranate seeds and blend well.

6

Once the water is boiling and the color has changed, turn off the heat.

7

Strain the pomegranate juice and set it aside, discarding the peels.

8

In a separate pan, mix the strained pomegranate juice with the corn flour, ensuring there are no lumps.

9

Turn on the heat and continuously stir the mixture for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.

10

Add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well until dissolved.

11

Incorporate butter into the mixture for a better texture and taste.

12

Add the reserved pomegranate seeds into the mixture and continue cooking on medium heat to avoid lumps.

13

Grease silicone molds or any other bowls with oil before pouring in the mixture.

14

Once set, demold the dessert carefully using hands or a tool.

15

Sprinkle some sugar on top before serving.
