1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 egg
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and egg.

Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
