black sesame seeds

Ground cumin is easier to use and more accessible.
Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds and ½ teaspoon of salt, and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix until well combined for crispiness.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough, similar to chapati dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour.
After half an hour, knead the dough again and roll it out like chapati, not too thick or thin.
Cut the rolled dough into thin ribbons and then cut them crosswise to form the desired shapes.
Heat sufficient oil for deep frying on the stove.
Once the oil is hot, add the cut pieces one by one into the hot oil.
Fry until they turn light golden brown, flipping them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove them from the oil and let them cool before storing in an airtight container.
