Coconut milk provides creaminess with fewer calories.

Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.

Add 2 tbsp of coffee powder and 1/4 cup of sugar to the boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.

Turn off the heat and add 3 tbsp of gelatin, stirring until there are no lumps.

Place the gelatin mixture in a shallow container for faster cooling.

Once the gelatin is fully set, cut it into 1-inch cubes.

Dissolve 1 tsp of coffee powder in 1/4 cup of hot water and set aside.

In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and Nestle cream, stirring until well blended.

Add the dissolved coffee mixture to the milk mixture and mix until well combined.

Gently mix in the gelatin cubes until they are submerged in the milk.
