Bulgarian Meatloaf

Begin by grinding the beef or buy ground beef from the store and mix with onions and garlic.
Season the mixture with an egg and some herbs.
Spread half of the ground beef mixture on a surface.
Smear with olive oil and arrange stuffing ingredients in the center.
Shape and gently squeeze the mixture into a roll.
Smear the roll with olive oil and place it in a cooking pan.
Add potatoes to the pan for making potato sauce.
Add fresh rosemary and a bay leaf, removing the bay leaf halfway through cooking.
Sprinkle salt and add about 1 cup of water, being careful not to add too much.
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about an hour, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.
Prepare the potato sauce by mashing or blending the potatoes with mascarpone cheese and milk.
Pour melted butter on top before serving.
