Boil 2 eggs until hardboiled.
Cook 1 cup of round rice in 2 cups of salted water.
Chop 1 onion and fry it in a pan.
Fry 1 lb of ground beef with salt, oregano, paprika, basil, black pepper, and a pinch of all spice.
After 20 minutes, check the rice; it should be ready with little water left.
Mix the cooked rice into the pan with the meat.
Chop the hardboiled eggs finely and add them to the meat and rice mixture.
Prepare the batter for the crust by mixing 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of potato mash powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 200 g of softened butter and mix it with hands until well combined.
Gradually add 3/4 cup of water to the mixture until it forms a dough.
Cut the dough in half to make two smaller pies.
Roll the dough quite thin, ensuring it doesn't stick to the table.
Fill half of the dough with the meat, rice, and egg mixture, then fold and seal the edges.
Make small holes in the top of the pie with a fork.
Repeat the process for the second pie.
Beat 1 egg and brush it over the pies for a golden finish.
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
