Gather the ingredients: cut the dried shiitake mushrooms into 4mm pieces, cut the kanpyou to the length of the sushi roll, peel and cut the carrot into stick shapes (about 1/8) and boil until soft, boil the spinach in salted water, cool, and squeeze out excess water, and make the thick omelette by mixing 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon of mirin and cooking it, then cool and cut into 1cm sticks.
