How to cook healthy Chicken Rice paper snack: Ramadan special

Prepare a shallow dish of warm water.

Dip a rice paper sheet in the warm water until softened, about 10-15 seconds.

Lay the softened rice paper on a clean surface.

Place a few pieces of cooked chicken in the center of the rice paper.

Add a small handful of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and fresh herbs on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the filling.

Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling.

Roll the rice paper tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling.

Repeat the process with remaining rice paper and filling ingredients.

Serve the rolls with a side of dipping sauce.

Enjoy fresh, or cover with a damp cloth to keep moist until serving.
