In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the melted butter, milk, and rum.

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate with the milk and butter until smooth.

Once the cake has cooled, pour the chocolate glaze over the top.
