Traditionally enjoyed with butter or cheese, it reflects the Scandinavian love for wholesome, nutritious foods. Today, it has gained popularity worldwide as a healthy snack alternative, often celebrated for its crunch and versatility in toppings.

Almond flour adds healthy fats and reduces gluten.
olive oil

Avocado oil offers a higher smoke point and is nutrient-rich.
Preheat your oven to 120 degrees Celsius.
Add the seeds, flour, salt, and turmeric powder into a bowl and mix well.
Add the coconut oil and boiling water to the mixture and stir again.
Let the mixture rest for five minutes to thicken.
Spread the dough on a baking paper to create the flat crispbread shape.
Use another sheet of baking paper on top and a rolling pin to flatten it further.
Cut the dough into pieces of your desired size and place the paper on a tray.
Bake the crispbread for approximately 50 minutes.
