Mix seeds, oats, and whole wheat flour in a large bowl.

Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.
Use a rolling pin to flatten the mixture to about 0.5 cm thick.
Score the dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
