Pound the beef fillets to an even thickness.

Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off excess flour.
Dip the floured fillets in the egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet to about 1 inch deep for frying.
Fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides, being careful not to let them darken too much to avoid bitterness.
Place the fried fillets on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Transfer the drained fillets to a baking dish, layering them with folded mozzarella cheese on top.
Pour homemade tomato sauce over the fillets.
Sprinkle green peas over the sauce.
Preheat the electric oven to 180°C (356°F) and place the dish inside to melt the cheese, cooking for about 8 minutes until bubbling.
